Non-farm payrolls (NFP) are an important economic indicator related to employment in the U.S. NFP gets its name from the jobs that aren’t included: farm workers, and those employed in private households or non-profit organisations. The data is usually delivered on the first Friday of any given month, and can move several markets in a major way.
- How do I submit an application to withdraw funds
Go to the 'customer centre' tab in the client portal. Click the “withdraw” button at the top of the page. Complete the form and submit. In the 'fund record' you can view your account history as well as the status of pending withdrawals.
- My withdrawal has not been processed
For the safety of customers we must verify identity and banking information before any payment is processed. To expedite withdrawals immediately inform customer service after uploading the required documents. To upload documents click on the ‘verification centre’ in the client portal and click on ‘upload documents’
- Can I make a withdrawal if I have an open position
When clients have an open position they can only make withdrawals that will not bring their equity below the required margin for their current market exposure. Clients must also be aware after withdrawing funds that changes in the market may bring unnecessary losses due to insufficient margin if the market moves against them.
- How do I change my bank details or personal information
Go to the 'user center' tab click 'data change' at the top. Check your email for the verification code and enter the code. You will now be able to change banking and personal information. Changes to banking or personal information may require additional documents be uploaded for verification.
- How do I cancel my account
Go to the 'user center' tab and click on 'data change' at the top. Select 'account cancellation application information'. Check your email for a verification code and enter the code. Fill in the account cancellation application and submit.
